General

The construction dryer/dehumidifier has a capacity of 170 cubic meters and is suitable for smaller spaces such as a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and hallway up to a maximum of 70 m². The construction dryer measures approximately 40 x 40 x 60 cm (w x l x h) and must be transported upright in a vehicle with suspension.

It is a robustly built machine, equipped with 4 wheels for easy mobility. It lowers the relative humidity, allowing excess moisture in building materials, floors, and plasterwork to evaporate more quickly. The construction dryer has an internal water reservoir that must be emptied regularly.

Note: A construction dryer may only be used in rooms where the temperature is between 16 and 22 degrees Celsius. Below 16 degrees, the dryer will not function, and above 22 degrees there is a risk of cracking.
